Vintage  year  2005   asting : Aspect : nice and deep body colour with crimson and garnet red shades, bright                glints. Smell : complex bouquet of ripe black and red fruit varieties with some spicy                 notes. Taste : full bodied and heady wine with a smooth fruity taste that remains for              quite a long time in the mouth.            You'll be able to keep maturing this harmonious well-rounded wine for a            couple of years.

etails: Grenache 60%,  Syrah 20%, Carignan 20% -  40-45 hl/ha Traditional vinification like others red wines. The selection of our best land areas of Côtes du Rhône gives us this wine called Réserve. Maturation takes place in oak barrels (40-60 hectos / 1000-1500 US Gallons) during 36 months. We produce only 7 to 1000 bottles functions of vintage year.
